Utilizing Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, we help you to unlearn your pain and help you retrain your brain interpret sensations from the body accurately. This process includes an integrative approach of psychoeducation, somatic skills, resourcing skills, reducing fear, and emotional processing, and nervous system regulation.
