Our approach integrates evidence-based techniques tailored to address the complex interplay between physical symptoms and psycho-social factors. We draw from modalities such as Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

Through our comprehensive approach we utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with a focus on cultivating mindfulness, developing emotional regulation skills, and learning effective 

interpersonal relationship skills.
